Heather Dumas

Now more than ever, the ability to problem solve can make the difference between success and failure. Heather excels at spearheading complicated, multi-step processes involving both governmental and non-governmental agencies.

Since 2009 Heather has specialized in importing goods and products into the United States. She has a particular passion for working with the non-routine issues that most people shy away from. Heather thrives on finding the best solutions for her clients, especially when those solutions require going beyond the typical approach.

Since 2019 Heather has worked with the World Trade Center Arkansas on an international basis in Mexico and Italy. She is a well-regarded speaker on the topic of how to do business in the U.S. Her workshops focus on educating participants on how to understand and navigate the import process. In 2019 she was appointed to the Arkansas District Export Council where she serves on the Educational Committee.
